Foilfast Printer
As small as an inkjet printer, you can simply design and print out beautiful foil covers at a fraction of the cost of traditional foil blocking. The Foilfast will feed multiple pages, and is designed to work with our heavyweight Comp Covers, as well as clear PVC and other smooth surfaced stock. With Foilfast’s simple drop-in foil cartridges that come in seven vibrant colours, multi-coloured artwork can be produced in one pass. Colours are: red, blue, green, gold, silver, black and white.
PowisPrinter
Add eyecatching foil titles to your strip-bound spines and make them stand out on the shelf with the simple-to-operate PowisPrinter. Foil colours exactly match those of the Foilfast
Printer for a consistent look. Simply design your spine, feed in your binding strip and print. Use your own fonts and logos to design the spine on your computer using the PowisPrinter software, or use the separate keyboard supplied with the machine to use the printer without a computer - choose from 11 different fonts, three orientations (horizontal, vertical and stacked), and point sizes 8 – 84 points.

15xs, creating perfect scores every time on your card covers. It’s so simple and easy to operate. Just place your book between the Book Thickness rings and adjust the score width to match and you’re ready to go. The transparent die holder lets you see exactly where the score goes, and the patented Centring Guide eliminates any guesswork. Make double or single scores with a choice of two dies. The ergonomic design, with soft grip handle and low-resistance lever makes longer runs easy.

Work Cell. This new paper preparation
system means that high-gloss, coated papers can now be bound
into super-strong photo albums without stitching. Micro-blades
open the paper ends so the adhesive attaches firmly to the paper fibres rather
than the coating, and it handles paper with full edge-to-edge bleeds. The automatic
jogging feature keeps paper evenly aligned during the process, and the filter
system helps trap paper particles.
Powis Stitcher

Stitcher is an
electric, tabletop machine which edge-stitches almost any
type of paper, before binding in the Fastback binder. The staples are flat
so do not protrude above the paper surface. The stitching
table ensures precise stitch alignment, and the machine comes
with a foot pedal for fast and accurate operation.
